Ho Yoku’s MicroTotal is supercharged with eight different chelated micronutrients. Unlike our NPK fertilizers, these micronutrients should not be used as often which is why we offer them independently. Our mixture of micronutrients consists of carefully selected beneficial amounts of boron (B), chlorine (Cl), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), and zinc (Zn). As a comparison, this product is like an over-the-counter vitamin pill in liquid form.  Without our micronutrients, bonsai and other plants suffer the same as humans when we have a vitamin deficiency. These deficiencies are potentially fatal and often cause sickly-looking foliage: such as browning/yellowing leaves or needles, black edges, blotches, and scorched appearances. Other telltale signs of nutrient deficiency can manifest as mottled and marbled foliage capillaries, textural anomalies, and plant buds which inexplicably shrivel and die.  It is common for deficiencies of these eight micronutrients to be misdiagnosed as pests or fungal/bacterial infections. Unfortunately, this leads people to use more and more of the wrong products, which not only fail to solve the nutrient deficiency, but it further stress the organism. A simple and effective remedy for micronutrient deficiency is the Ho Yoku MicroTotal that we have designed for you.
Directions:
Mix two tablespoons of Ho Yoku MicroTotal into each gallon of water and pour evenly over outdoor bonsai and other plants. For indoor bonsai and plants, use one tablespoon per gallon of water. Do not use on recently watered material or water immediately after application as this will further dilute the concentration of eight micronutrients we have specially formulated in this product.  MicroTotal should be used every 6-8 weeks during the growing season, or year-round for indoor bonsai and plants. This product should be used in conjunction with a Ho Yoku fertilizer but not at the same time for absorption reasons.
Caution:
Use only as directed. Keep away from children and pets.
Each 8oz bottle of Ho Yoku MicroTotal comes ready-to-mix with a convenient disc-cap cover for ease of pouring.
